Tell us what you’re trying to strengthen.
If you have an engineering vacancy—or know a shift is over-dependent on one capability—the first conversation is about the team, not a sales pitch.
A useful first 30 minutes.
We’ll discuss the role, equipment, shift, existing team strengths and the technical capability you need the next hire to add.
For the pilot phase, CapaLens is focused on permanent maintenance, controls, reliability and engineering leadership roles within manufacturing.
Before we speak.
Do I need a full team skills matrix?
No. CapaLens Focus is designed around the vacancy. We only need enough context to identify the technical capability the hire needs to add.
Does CapaLens replace our technical interview?
No. The capability report helps you arrive at the final interview with a clearer technical picture. Your own interview and site-specific checks remain important.
Is a CapaLens level a formal competence certificate?
No. It is an evidence-based assessment against the agreed recruitment requirement. It does not replace employer authorisation, statutory requirements or practical site competency processes.
